Four things that fix most problems
- Whistling? Almost always the ear tip. Go up one size — there are five in the box.
- Sounds thin or tinny? Give it two weeks at low volume. Your ears are relearning.
- Won't pair? Put both aids in the case, close it for ten seconds, then reopen and try again.
- Short battery life? Check the contacts are clean and dry, and that the case itself is charged.

Warranty & returns
Where you bought it is where it's handled
GM-321 is sold and fulfilled through Amazon, so returns, refunds and replacements run on Amazon's terms. Come to us first anyway — we can often solve it without a return at all.
Returns
Handled by Amazon under their standard return window for your order. Start it from your Amazon orders page, or ask us and we'll walk you through it.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty against defects, claimed through your Amazon order. Keep the case and cable — a replacement usually covers the aids only.
Lifetime support
Warranty or not, our support team keeps answering. Ear tips wear out and habits change; you can always come back with a question.
Confirm the exact return window and warranty length against your Amazon listing before this page goes live.
Help & FAQs
Answers we give most often
They whistle when I put them in. What's wrong?
Feedback almost always means sound is leaking back out past the ear tip, so the tip is too small or not seated deeply enough. Work up through the five sizes in the box until it feels snug but not tight. The AI feedback canceller also holds output for 15 seconds while you insert them — so put them in, wait for the chime, then adjust volume.
Everything sounds sharp and unnatural. Is that normal?
Yes, at the start. If you've been missing high frequencies for years, getting them back sounds harsh until your brain readjusts — usually one to two weeks. Wear them a few hours a day in quiet rooms at a low volume, then build up. If it hasn't settled after three weeks, email us and we'll go through your settings.
How do I pair them with my phone?
Open the KYYWEE app on iOS or Android with both aids out of the case and powered on, and follow the prompt. Bluetooth 5.3 holds a stable link up to about 33 feet. If the phone can't see them, put both aids back in the case, close the lid for ten seconds, reopen and try again.
Can I wear them in the shower or in the rain?
Light rain and sweat are fine — the case runs a drying cycle every time you close it. Don't shower, swim or bathe in them, and don't put them in the case while they're visibly wet; wipe them down first.
Do they work for severe hearing loss?
No. GM-321 is an over-the-counter device for adults 18 and over with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can't follow conversation in a quiet room even at full volume, or the loss is in one ear only or came on suddenly, please see a licensed hearing professional.
How long do the ear tips last, and can I buy more?
Plan on replacing them every two to three months, sooner if they discolour or lose their spring. Ten tips in five sizes come in the box; replacements will be available through the same Amazon listing.
Can I buy one for a parent who isn't good with phones?
Yes — the app is optional. Everything essential works on the device itself: hold the “+” button for three seconds to change mode, press +/− for volume, and a spoken voice prompt confirms each change. Auto on/off means there's no switch to remember either.
Still deciding?
Ask us before you buy
We'd rather tell you this isn't the right device for you than take the order and lose your trust. Describe what you're struggling to hear and we'll give you a straight answer.
