About KYYWEE

Why should clear hearing be a luxury?

That question is the whole company. We kept meeting people who were cut off from the voices they loved — not because help didn't exist, but because it cost four thousand dollars and three appointments to reach.

Who we are

We build for the dinner table, not the audiogram

KYYWEE was founded to help people reconnect with the daily things they'd stopped noticing: birds in the morning, laughter around the dinner table, an easy conversation with the person who matters most.

Hearing loss rarely announces itself. It arrives as smiling and nodding, as turning the television up, as leaving the noisy restaurant early. By the time most people look for help, they've been quietly withdrawing for years — and then they discover the price.

So we went the other way. We put a decade of hearing acoustics work into one product, sold it direct, and left out everything that existed only to justify a markup. What's left is the part that actually matters: how it sounds in your ear.

When love is heard clearly, life sounds better.

What we believe

Four rules we don't bend

01

Clear beats loud, every time

Anyone can make a signal louder. The hard, expensive engineering is deciding what to lift and what to leave — which is why the 32-channel processor is the part we refuse to cheapen, even at this price.

02

One product, done properly

We don't ship a good, better and best tier where the cheap one quietly disappoints. There is one KYYWEE hearing aid. Everything we know went into it.

03

You should be able to fit it yourself

Five ear tip sizes in the box, three listening modes, six volume steps per ear, spoken confirmation on every press. No appointment, no waiting room, no fitting fee — and no guessing either.

04

Say what the device actually does

We publish the frequency range, the distortion figure and the battery life, and we say plainly that this is for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you need more than we can give you, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something.

The honest answer

How it costs $399.99 instead of $4,000

People are right to be suspicious of a tenth of the price. Here is exactly where the difference comes from — none of it is the sound.

No clinic in the middle

A prescription pair carries the cost of a premises, a dispenser's time and several follow-up appointments. Buying over the counter removes that layer entirely.

One model, made at volume

A single design means one production line, one set of tooling and one inventory — the component cost per unit falls a long way when nothing is bespoke.

You do the fine-tuning

What used to be a paid adjustment visit is now three modes and a volume slider in your hand. Same outcome, on your sofa, as often as you like.

Quality & standards

The brand you can check up on

Affordable shouldn't mean unaccountable. Every generation goes through the same acoustic verification programme before it ships, and the paperwork is available if you want to read it.

  • FDA registered — over-the-counter hearing aid, for adults 18 and over
  • 10,000+ acoustic tests across frequency response, distortion and feedback
  • FCC and CE marked for wireless and electrical safety
  • U.S.-based support team answering in U.S. business hours

Why we keep going

Reconnect with the sounds you love

The messages we get are almost never about frequency response. They're about a grandchild's voice on the phone, a punchline landing for the first time in years, a wife not having to repeat herself.

That's the measure we care about. Everything in the specification exists to serve it.

After you buy

We'd rather help than process a return

Most problems people report in the first fortnight aren't faults — they're an ear tip a size too small, or a settling-in period nobody warned them about. Ask us before you give up on them.
